Policy rules not blocking or filtering as expected.
Symptoms
- Unsafe requests are passing through
- Policy changes have no effect
Fix Steps
Verify policy status
Make sure policy status is set to "Active" in dashboard.
Redeploy policies
Click "Sync Policies" after updates to apply changes.
Check logs
Review logs at `Logs > Policy Engine` for errors or misconfiguration.
